In the last few months, we have been working hard to change the management system for all our tablets from Intune to Mosyle. This was done to make the tablets easier to use and more secure and to ensure compliance with all regulations. I just wrapped up with the last office in Las Vegas this week!
Any tablets still in the field that have not been converted to Mosyle MDM will need to be shipped back to the corporate office in Irving ASAP. If you do not see the LifeCare background on your tablet, it has not been converted.
Starting next week, we will begin locking those outstanding devices. If you have one of those tablets, please reach out to your office manager so that they can help you get a compliant device and return the other device to us. If you have any questions, please contact IT, and we will be happy to answer them.
