Steps to Forward Calls in RingCentral

Log into Your RingCentral Account
- Visit service.ringcentral.com and log in with your credentials.

Access Call Handling and Forwarding Settings
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Select Phone from the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to Call Handling & Forwarding.

Edit Call Handling
- Click the Edit button next to Call Handling.
- Choose whether you want to set up forwarding for Work Hours or After Hours.

Set Up Forwarding Numbers
- Add the phone numbers you want to forward calls to.
- Choose the ring order:
- Ring in order: Rings each number one at a time.
- Ring all at once: Rings all numbers simultaneously.
- Toggle the slider next to each number to include or exclude it from the ring order.

Configure Missed Call Handling
- Decide what happens if the call is not answered:
- Send to voicemail
- Play message and disconnect
- Forward to another extension
- Forward to an external number
- Decide what happens if the call is not answered:

Save Your Settings
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Forwarding Calls to an External Number
- Go to Phone System > Company Numbers and Info.
- Select Use My Existing Number and choose Forward My Calls to RingCentral.
- Enter the external number you want to forward calls to.
- Contact your service provider to enable call forwarding if necessary.
