If you are having an issue with Forcura and would like the Helpdesk to escalate the issue to their support team, here are a few required items that must be in your ticket:
- Sender Number: Which number is the sender faxing from? If you do not have the sender number available, can you please provide the name of the physician's office or organization that is faxing to your number?
- Recipient Number: Which number is the sender faxing to?
- Date/Time: The date/time the sender attempted to fax to your number.
- Pages: The number of pages the fax contained.
- Error Message: Did the sender receive an error message when faxing to your number? If so, can you please provide the error message they received?
- Fax Results Page from Sender: This will show the success/error message for the outbound fax.
